A dynamic leader with a strong background in technology, community development, and philanthropy, Cathy brings a results-driven approach to advancing equity and opportunity. As the Executive Director and Founder of the Sadi Alice Foundation, she spearheads initiatives in Tshikapa, Democratic Republic of Congo, with a focus on women’s empowerment, vocational training, and sustainable development. Cathy also founded Congo Social, a cultural and networking platform that connects and mobilizes the Congolese diaspora in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Through her work, she fosters community engagement, promotes cultural pride, and builds bridges between local and global Congolese communities.
